Our Returns Policy
Please note: Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on unwanted items and we will not accept a refund or exchange on the basis you have changed your mind.
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in appropriate condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. You must notify Dolly Bird Studio within 14 days of receiving a damaged or faulty item.
To initiate a return you must first get approval from Dolly Bird Studio — please send an email with your order number and the reason for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any items that would like to be returned MUST be not used or opened. Products MUST remain in their original packaging sealed. If the product has been open or used we are unable to offer any refund.
We may request images of damaged or faulty products before approving the return. Once the return has been approved by Dolly Bird Studio you may complete your return. Simply send us your items with a valid receipt or proof of purchase to our business address listed below for inspection.
For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have an approved refund but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take several days before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address below. If you are expecting an exchanged item please keep in mind the amount of time it will take is dependent on where you live and may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
In cases where the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased (or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later), we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
To return your product, please do so by first sending us an email at email@example.com and then sending your item to our address.

For those outside the EU
Please, do not use courier services as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and the parcel itself, as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
Dolly Bird Studio do not pay returns postage unless the item received was wrong or faulty.
